TvZapeo is a player, not a provider. It does not provide any channels, movies or series: you add your own subscription, legally purchased from the provider of your choice.

1. Who we are

TvZapeo IPTV is an app published by SoWeDo, Rue de Wavre 24 A, 1325 Chaumont-Gistoux, Belgium (company number: BE 0824.864.739). Contact: android@sowedo.be.

2. What TvZapeo is

TvZapeo is a media player for Android TV, Android boxes and Android tablets. It plays the Xtream or M3U lists that you provide yourself.

  • TvZapeo provides, sells and hosts no channels, movies or series.
  • You alone are responsible for the sources you add to the app and for their legality. You agree to use TvZapeo only with content you are legally entitled to access.
  • The sections and content you see depend on your subscription with your provider.

3. Free trial

Every new device gets a one-week free trial, with no credit card. At the end of the trial, a licence is needed to keep using TvZapeo.

4. Licences and prices

  • The licence is a one-time payment, with no subscription or recurring fees. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, on the activation page.
  • Each licence covers a number of devices (1, 2 or 3 depending on the plan). Licences add up: a 1-device licence + another 1-device licence = 2 devices.
  • To change device (new TV, lost device…), contact us and we will free up the slot.
  • The licence is personal. It may not be resold or shared outside your household.

5. What “lifetime licence” means

“Lifetime” means for the whole lifetime of the TvZapeo app, not the buyer's lifetime: you pay once and updates are included.

  • If SoWeDo decides to discontinue TvZapeo or ceases trading, we will inform you at least 6 months in advance by e-mail and in the app.
  • After discontinuation there are no more updates or support. The app keeps working as far as possible with your last known licence, but proper operation is no longer guaranteed (changes to Android, devices or your provider).
  • If discontinuation happens less than 2 years after your purchase, you may request a refund pro rata for the remaining period.

6. Payment

On our activation page, payment is handled by a secure payment provider. No bank details pass through our servers. Purchases made in the Google Play version are subject to Google Play's terms.

7. Right of withdrawal

The licence is digital content activated immediately. By ticking the box provided at checkout, you request this immediate activation and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. For Google Play purchases, Google Play's refund rules apply. If you have a technical problem, contact us: we always look for a solution.

8. Updates and support

Updates are free. Support is provided by e-mail at android@sowedo.be, in French, Dutch or English.

9. Liability

  • The quality, availability and content of streams depend on your provider and your internet connection, not on TvZapeo.
  • Before buying, use the free trial to check that TvZapeo works well on your device.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

10. Prohibited use

In the event of clearly illegal or abusive use (reselling licences, mass sharing, attempts to circumvent), we may suspend the licence concerned, without refund.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of disagreement, please contact us first: we will look for an amicable solution. You may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Failing that, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
